Hello All!

I was successful in procurring after 2 months of no flow, a rescan of the 
XML_DISCUSSION echo, the echo had not been properly propogating the Z1B<>NAB 
bridge node. I took the precautions needed to toss the echo out to my NAB 
peers, without forcing 1:10/345 or 1:379/1 to suffer through dupes.

Many thanks to Chris Cranford for providing a rescan of this echo, after 2 
failed requests of 379/1.
