i don't agree with "no one wants to make it work better"... the entire thing is 
voluntary and cooperative... some may not be able to do anything to enhance and 
they surely aren't willing to "step aside"... i don't have a problem with 
that... heck, the internet is kinda pretty much the same way in an overall 
point of view... and let's not even mention usenet...
