My post wasn't meant to be a directive...just an observation.

I never said that it was.  I think they should stand "at arms length" from each 
other, just as those two types of entities should stand "at arms length" from 
any Network.

All of that being said, none of that obviates my right as a simple grunt user 
to make comments and suggestions about/to any of the many arms that supply 
services that I use.
