Programs have been written to accomplish such cross-checks. Just
as programs have been written to determine what echoetags may be
carried by X distro system but not by Y and vice versa. They are
typically in use by only the person(s) who wrote them.

Only as far as determining the parameters and policies relative
to your Elist Keeper hat. Which in no way is concerned with how
someone or some group (distribution system) utilizes the data you
produce.
