One could argue it either way....if the echo has no traffic, why carry 
it...especially if the moderator has requested that you don't.  If the
echolisting has expired, and there is traffic, the users in the echo should 
elect a new moderator, and not leave it up to a rescuer to relist it.

I don't understand it...but then again, I live in this small universe of the 
echolist...ehere all I try to do is have an accurate list.
