and where was this information available for others to locate??? if it was in 
the echolist before you removed the entry, then it wasn't there for others to 
know about some time later after you removed the entry from the echolist...

it cannot in this completely volunteer anarchistic organization... you have to 
get each of the groups that would carry the areas to come up with something and 
some simply don't see a need or have the desire to handle it...
