That is Bobby's way. His "research" is, to the best of my
knowledge, strictly limited. He does determine if the echotag is
or has been dropped from the elist but is still carried by the
NAB or Z1B, and then he grabs.  And maybe apologized afterwards.
Maybe.

The "supposed to do research" is a myth, and that fact is based
on solid evidence.  Of several moderators, including myself, whom
he made not the slightest attempt to contact, despite his claims
to have done so.
