Excuse.. my 2 1/2 cents...

But, there is no trademark, copywrite or other means by which someone can 
obtain for "Initials" (ie: USIIA).

You are mis-informed.  

He *can* use any initials or names he so desires even "Microsoft Windows 98" as 
a name for an echo.

It is nice that you are so concerned as to his welfare.  But your efforts are 
misdirected.
