Your history lesson is not lost on me and I hope that my observation is not
lost on you.  You, Bob Seaborn, Bob Juge, Brenda Donovan and Steve Loupe are
the North American Backbone.  Bobby Queen is not a part of this association
yet y'all are letting him dictate which echoes you may carry by re-elisting
expired echoes (some several months gone) and then requesting they be removed
from distribution.

While is surely is not my place to tell you and your peers how to run your
affairs, I feel within my rights as a NAB downlink to express my displeasure at
this concept, even though it was done "by the book".

It would be better, I think, if the NAB were to do the eliminating of de-listed
echoes in a timely manner, instead of one un-associated individual taking the
responsibility upon himself.

I am also intrigued by the fact that Bobby has not addressed the question he
has raised in this echo.
