Bobby,

I delisted the echo at the USIIAs request. I also hid the AOP/USIIA archives 
for the same reasons. I do not know the whole story.

I did not notify the backbones as I hoped to restore the echo to the  echolist 
with the USIIAs good graces.  

Now, I have done all I can.  Please show good faith by deleting the  echo from 
the echolist again.  They are going to let you have the  opportunity, and are 
watching for a mod del message.

Now about your email.  I am afraid you are very much wrong.   USIIA is a 
registered trademark.  I strongly suggest you read up  on trademarks, 
especially registered ones.

Really, if this was a lapsed echo, nobody would have a beef, but  it was a echo 
MOD DELed from the echolist, you should not have touched  it.
