      Well, I have a couple of links into what used to be known as Russia,
any one of them is more than welcome to connect those, or any other echos.

      the above single echo was dropped by the NAB for 'moderator abuse',
basically he kept asking us to police his echo for him, something the 
distribution systems aren't set up to do.  ESPECIALLY considering he was the 
main instigator of the flame wars going on in there.
