there aren't too many places to look for the culprit... all it takes is one 
asshole... look what "they" did to the default fidonet<->internet gateway... it 
only takes one to place that info where it's accessible... and with the 
proliferation of email spamming software, anyone can be a spammer today... even 
the culprit...
