what's bogus about using a freebie throwaway account?? i've almost a dozen that 
i use in various places... most of them are spamtraps, though... spamtrap as in 
i use them at places i don't know to see if they do start sending spam...

somehow, i don't really see that happening... yahoo, excite, netscape, hotmail, 
and any other site that offers free email addresses will always be around...
