      Very true, said mail hub should be cut himself immediately, if not
sooner.  Especially since I can only think of two hubs who might meet the 
qualification "cut off a third of Fidonet", and think I know them both well 
enough that these two would NOT be saying this to you.

      Yes, that is exactly what some have done just this year, why should they
be exclusive?

      The one "playing with the mail" is the hub refusing to cut.  Not tyhe
moderator.

      Unfortunately it happens, best thing to do is maintain the elisting, and
insert the description, NOT TO BE CARRIED BY ANY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, one such 
will only follow that.
