this is highly dependant on the gateing software used... GIGO has the ability 
to take posts from the fido side of a gated group and post them to the 
moderator for approval and posting to the newsgroup... besides, just like in 
fidonet, one should have the permission of the moderator to gate the group 
before doing so anyway...
