this top/bottom posting issue is one of the person's newsreader... many 
newsreaders simply quote the message and dump you in the top or the bottom to 
start writting... those of us who have been sysops for any real length of time 
should remember 'assisting' and 'training' bbs users on how to write and 
respond to messages on the bbs... this is the same thing only on a global 
scale...
