      99.99% of echos here are passthru, so I can only go by my stats
reporting as to message flow, and that cannot differentiate between what's 
posted via the internet and what's posted via Fido.  Accordingly, there's no 
way to tell if gated newsgroups or maillists are being utilized to any extent 
withing Fido.
