I agree absolutely.  I have newsgroups gated in via Worldnet, but it's because 
my ISP has no news server and I only want a few newsgroups.  It seems Fidonet 
is simply becoming a gateway for newsgroups.

It's really, really sad to see Fidonet turn into a USENET dumping ground.
