      I have to take the position that if someone, except under parental
restrictions, wishes internet access, they'll do what it takes to get it.


      Furthermore, if a sysop wishes to import newsgroups into his bbs, then
by all means let him import them from wherever he can find them.  However I 
still see NO reason why they need be distributed as Fidonet echos, unless 
someone somewhere is merely interested in bloating his/her message statistics.
