Do we -really- need to keep importing newsgroups as echoes?

Useless...  if someone wants to read a newsgroup, I think they'll be more 
likely to read it via the net, not after it's been through the wringer to FTN 
format.  ('Course, this is just my opinion, and tough if it gets your knickers 
in a twist.)
