I just noticed my OLR doesnt show me the rull name of the echo so all I
can tell is 'FIDONET Z1' and the rest is truncated ;-).  The way to get
added though is to post like you did, in Z1BACKBONE and Z1_BACKBONE (one
doesnt require the elist message, the other does, easier to just
crosspost the one with it to both echos).  I believe at least one of
them will also take it from the Z1_ECHOMAIL conference.  From there, it
will be added to one of them, and the other will add as soon as 2 REC's
request it be added.

The REC's will do that if they either see other sysops asking for it, or
if they want it themselves.

addition?  REC13 is Joe Davis 1:261/1380 (1:13/1).
