It's an automated internet dialer that transfers your mail/files via e-mail or 
FTP.

Yes, I managed to get it working by installing a fossil and telling Transx to 
use the fossil and it worked! Odd, transx never liked using fossil before..

I had been using SPAWN under Win95. I'm not very familiar with '95 so I toasted 
it and am back with OS/2 now.
