Indeed. Certainly, some order must be, but then look what is really important 
and not only some empty regulation.

Do you know if his distribution settlement (rather rigid or even suppressive) 
with Ron still exists? Even after the fall of the iron curtain, it was not easy 
to transfer money between western counties and the former Soviet Union. And Ron 
lives near the Russian Border and seized his chance.

The main problems are, that in Germany most sysops run a multiline system, so 
that the "sysop version" will not suffice and you need for Fido the "commercial 
version". Too there is no mixed licence, so if you run some lines with OS/2 and 
some with Windows, you have to pay just double.
