Yes, indeed. It comes from Swiss. Obviously OS/2 ist in Germany (and other 
parts of Europe) far more spread then in USA.

I never used FD, so I cannot tell detailled. I only see that there are more an 
mode people moving to other mailers, especially binkley style ones.
