Drivin in the area of Aachen (German name, Aken in Dutch, Aix-la-Chapelle in French and English) I heard a radio station in German Language but some strange contents. At the Identification with the news I learned it was a belgian station, and the friend I was visiting confirmed that. BH> We have 6 mil Dutch speaking inhabitants, 4 mil French and YES! about BH> 50000 German speaking people! Thank you for the numbers. BH> And the part about disliking is very easy to understand, most people BH> speak Dutch, but the French are trying to let everyone speak French:-( One more question. AFAIK the Belgians call their language Flemish and dislike beeing called to speak Dutch. Are there real differences or is this rather a kind of teasing? greetings, Werner --- GED 3.0.1-dam3 * Origin: CCD Ulm Voice 49-7304-919089 oder 96060 (2:2487/9504) .
