Sorry but Belgium has in fact 3! diverend languages:-)
We have 6 mil Dutch speaking inhabitants, 4 mil French and YES! about 50000 
German speaking people!
And the part about disliking is very easy to understand, most people speak 
Dutch, but the French are trying to let everyone speak French:-(
