Funny. I hate arcmail-outbound. :) But if I understand right, that is past in 
Frodo.. I used Frodo 2.02 in 1991-1995 or something.. Then went to Xenia. 
Nowadays there's very little traffic on dial-up-lines.

Allfix can do that. Also can OT/Track. I'm using both here.
