As Martin's said, there's no real need Steve.  At times we've needed a  
bit of "brain-storming" where/when there's been a bit too literal a  
translation done from German-to-English in either XP's User Interface  
or its On-Line Help system, or something of a similar nature.  So  
we've found it's been good and useful to have a mixture of at least  
German and English speakers/writers in there.
