Works well under NT, although in the past, I couldn't get it to keep the comm 
port alive between FD and RA.  That appears to be an NT thing.  For now, as I'm 
only running the mailer, I have no worries. I'd like to correct this, though.

Oh:  www.digsys.se.  The author is a great guy, too.  ADF is now free, but I'm 
proud to have paid a few dollars for this FOSSIL.

Yet, someone else did. :-)  I'd still like to see someone just clone NetMgr 
from the ground up, and then we could leave it behind.

Indeed...I wrote to him about the NT version, and he mentioned it'd be 
awhile...
