Unknown, Doug...I wrote him over a year ago.  If NTfoss would do the trick, I'd 
gladly cough up the money.  I'd gladly pay Woodruff, too.

Incidentally, I was on http://synchro.net and noticed that the author claims to 
specialize in utilities like the ones we're discussing. Maybe we can drop him a 
line about an NT FOSSIL like WinFOSSIL (with the Vmodem support).  I'm going
