Doug...if you're out there, have you tried ADF 1.50?  ISTR that Anders made 
some improvements in the area we're discussing.  I'm just now re-installing 
T.A.G. BBS, but am not yet ready to start testing to see if my problem 
continues.  Bet it does.

The Netmgr author got violent and nasty when folks asked about a release of the 
source when he said he was leaving Fidonet.  We at least knew where we stood 
with him, although we never understood why he was so adamant about killing the 
thing!  In the case of WinFOSSIL, the only thing left for me to do is write to 
the snail mail address in the documentation, but given that web site is pretty 
much kaput and I get no responses (but no bounces) to my mail inquiries, I'm 
probably wasting my time.  Damned if I send a check and have him cash it 
without coughing up a key.
