The program I was using when I accidently deleted the file was setup not to send to the recycle bin. I changed that after finding out. That's why I had to use a disk recover tool to get the file I got. Thanks. And with me, simple things like forgetting the recycle bin are always in play. So no hesitation needed on my account.
