Subj : missing part of a jpg file

Does anyone know how i can salvage a important jpg file that is
currently unviewable?

I accidently deleted it.  I then used an undelete program to get back
almost all of it.  I looked at in a hex editor and it looks like it's
only missing the beginning part of the file.  Any help would be
appreciated for this is the only copy of this picture in existence
now.
