I agree with you so far,
however, I though of a few more seasons

5.) some building developer slips
    some bribe money into the Pockets
    of a few City and or County Official
    to Rezone your area and condem all the
    house/Buildings in your are,

    so that the developer can build:

    a) Country club, golf course, Condo's
    b) shopping mall
    c) Computer chip factory that will
       provide 500 new jobs?

6.) your house or Building is in the way
    of a NEW Highway expansion or
    Comuter Rail line?

7.) The City/County desides to build a New
    School or Fire/EMS building on your
    Property?
