I would be in a world of hurt if I were forced to move from here!
There are very few reasons I would consider moving:

1. I win the lottery for enough to build a new house LIKE I want.
   I'm not holding my breath however.
2. I get flooded out again.
3. Either or both of us become incapable of living here - health.
4. The place burns down.

Other than something like the above I guess we are stuck here.
