He's a dial up BBS user. By getting his own nodelisting, he can download
packets and read to his hearts content on his own system, saving BBS time.

I think ION nodes should be listed like any others, without the phone
number of course. The use of the PVT flag in that case is just a kludge to
fix what's wrong with many mailers.

I see you're not flying the IBN flag. You don't use the bink protocol?
