You can always get a PVT -> listing, which exempts you from the ZMH requirement in policy. Plus you -> can still get your mail the same way you do now. I'm sure Walhberg would -> be glad to add you to net 202 and you can always get a feed from Brenda -> Donovan if all else fails. She's required as RC10 to keep a dial up node. Karl still arround? His BBS stopped answering some time back and I had forgotten all about him. -> You will need to change software though if you're using a OLR. Downlinks -> need to use something that can download packets without logging onto a -> BBS. I don't know how far advanced POINT199 has become, but it's quite -> capable of being point or node software. I am a "Funny Old Duck" and do all my FIDO stuff live in line. In the ond days I was involved with so many messages that I had to distribute the echos I read between Three or Four BBS's so I could read all the messages in my time limit. About al li do now is a little in a couple of Computer echos. Actualy the technology wizzed by me so fast in the past 5 years or so I can no longer be of much help to anyone. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5 * Origin: Shakey Jake's *ALL FREE BBS* Santee, CA (1:202/1324) .
