I have answered this thread some time back. Just to refresh your 
memory.

Although the moderator appears to be absent it is no excuse for poor
behavior. If you have an axe to grind with a moderator you can take
it to the MATZDOBRE echo. This echo is about WINDOWS and i think the
mod would like it stay that way. :-}

If you can't get MATZDOBRE then maybe ANYTHING_GOES echo would be more
suited to chit chat although i haven't tried it the moderators appear
not to be overly hostile.

Remaining off topic for a short while can i ask you if you are using
an Off Line Mail Reader (OLMR) or are you using your sysops onboard 
editor?
