Looks AA> CA> like a glorified telephone RJ-11 connector to me (and I hate AA> CA> those as well). AA>"many computers"? Just how many is many? I have never found a USB connection AA>loose. You could try to squeeze the outer shield a millimeter along the broad AA>side so that there is a better friction-fit. AA>"glorified telephone RJ-11"? IMHO, USB connectors seem to be designed well AA>for frequent use. Thinking back, I have NEVER had a problem with RJ-11 connectors, except when the plastic "locking tab" broke off or became distorted. For the most part, once plugged in they stayed plugged in more or less indefinitely. I have never had a problem with USB connectors except when I try to plug one in upside down. Somehow they do not seem to fit that way. :-) Jay --- þ OLXWin 1.00a þ Tolerance is the oil that takes the friction out of life. * Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) .
