Hello All,

I have a very strange problem when I try to load Windows for Workgroup
version 3.11.  On startup, I am receiving the following error message:

    Could not find SCONFIG.DLL.  You must run Setup again.
    Otherwise network features will not be available.

I think that one of the INI files got corrupted because SCONFIG.DLL _is_ in
the C:\Windows\System directory _and_ it is on my path.

I would prefer NOT to run Setup again, because every time I do, WfW
installs a bunch of stuff I do not need (or want) AND it bloats the system
with a number of redundant files.

Would someone please tell me which INI file is loading SCONFIG.DLL and how
I can fix this problem?
