 /Tehre is at least ONE company making an external PCI expansion box.
They have boxes to hold 1,2,3,4,7, and 13 PCI cards. They come with
adapters to mate with a PCI slot, the New Super PCI slot(Whatever it
vis called I don't recall), and the Laptop Bus Card slot typicaly i
nthe sade of almost al lLaptops.

NOW for the Down side. And it is a BIG one. 
The Prices start at $900+ for a single slot and go up from there to
about $2000 for the 13 Slot box. The Laptop Card adapter is standard
with the others comming at additional cost.
