There seems to ba a major miscommunication on this matter.  I thought you were 
the one lacking PCI expansion inorder to facilitate desired PCI->USB 2 support. 
That is why several of us suggested riser cards.  But..  it seems that you DO 
still have available PCI slots afterall.
