I don't want "The New Generation", I want the old generation serial port external _all_ hardware modem. Nothing in the specs tells me it's a serial port connector nor that it is _all_ in hardware. I guess I would prefer a disclaimer saying that the part number so-and-so is NOT a Rockwell, not a winmodem, and does not rely on drivers/tsr/or any type of shared memory/software mickey mouse setup.
