Could be. I accidently bought a Rockwell modem years ago and
then didn't read the box closely when purchasing an internal
for my daughter and bought the 'no jumpers' PCI USR for the
same price as the one with jumpers. I am really sick-n-tired of
having to read all the fine print with a magnifying glass when
making a purchase lately. :-(
