"IF you want Fun and Amusement by what Rationality does Microsoft HAVE to 
provide it."?. Well for starters i do not want Fun and or Amusement so much as 
i want Variety and Commercial Quantity, and Why?, because it is more reflective 
of society and more commercially flexible.

That might be a primary porpose but a secondary porpose is to reflect the 
personality of the owner and or user of the computer, somthing that windows 
often just does not do.

Maybe to you but then you dont like Screensavers and Wallpapers, and you are a 
Conservative.
