 the mnost important though is the Download speed, Unless you are A
Pirate Music Site!!  :-)
 But even becasue of Bandwidth Limitations in the Satellite system even
down load speeds don't anywhere match either DSL or Cable Modem speeds.
 One I nlooked into recently is 128K with is barely twoce vas fast as
dial up. But this system was for propel outside the Reach of DSL or
Cable and is some cases even telephone service.
