True. Last time I saw any stats on that the US was under 60%.
Europe and asian countries are _way_ ahead of the US on cell
phone use. No real 'black market' active in the US to need cell
phones. Here we _elect_ the criminals to government where they
remain protected and free to do their 'business' in the
daylight. :-)
