Let's just agree to disagree.  I don't know of anyone in my circle of 
friends or acquaintances that don't have a cell phone.  Also, while I 
don't give out my cell number to just anyone, the importance of having 
it if normal phone service is not available, is to make outgoing calls.  
Incoming can wait.
