'-) 1) Have you tried to Google the names of the control panels in question, perhaps along with the word 'download'? This might find you the location, and allow you to reinstall/uninstall. 2) TweakUI has a function that will hide Control Panel items... it doesn't uninstall them, but if you can't reinstall/uninstall, at least it will cover up the evidence. ....
