Hmm, I wonder if I'd get a price break on MC>broadband if I upgraded the TV to their digital service. Some cable companies package broadband service with digital service. My cable company (Charter) does that. As far as a price break, with Charter the break comes to $10.00 less per month than if you were to order just the ordinary analog basic service. I'm not even sure if they offer analog basic service any longer. (been a long time since I used analog service) With digital service they include a small box which allows you to obtain the "on demand" garbage they peddle. The only advantage to having the box and digital service is that I can receive their music channels. Of course only three out of fifty music channels is worthwhile listening to, IMO. Their cable DSL service has been overwhelmed by Verizon, who of late, has installed fiber optic systems throughout the area. For $10 more a month I can obtain fiber DSL that is many times faster than what Charter offers. chscag@gmail.com CMPQwk 1.42 1262 --- Maximus/2 3.01 * Origin: COMM Port OS/2 juge.com 204.89.247.1 (281) 980-9671 (1:106/2000) .
